X-Blu UHC Western Blot Film is an autoradiography film suitable for detection and documentation of ECL-based Western Blots, chemiluminescent nucleic acid or protein applications such as Northern and Southern blotting. The light blue base X-ray film provides optimized balance of ultra-high contrast and sensitivity with low background. It is also coated on both sides (double emulsion) which provides enhanced quality and performance. Clear and sharp images of publication quality can be obtained with X-Blu UHC Western Blot Film.
